E. Philip Wenger |
| Phil Wenger joined Fulton Bank in 1979. He assumed a variety of positions in the corporate lending area before being promoted to executive vice president of Corporate Banking in 1996. In 2001, Wenger was named senior executive vice president of the Lancaster, York, and Chester Counties Division and in 2003, he was promoted to the position of president and chief operating officer of Fulton Bank. In 2006, Wenger was named chairman and chief executive officer of Fulton Bank. He was also named senior executive vice president of Fulton Financial Corporation, the parent company of Fulton Bank, at the time as well. Wenger was promoted to president and chief operating officer in December 2008. On January 1, 2013, he became chairman, president and chief executive officer. | |

Charles J. Nugent |
| Charlie Nugent joined Fulton Financial as executive vice president and chief financial officer in 1992. In 2001, he was promoted to senior executive vice president and chief financial officer.

James E. Shreiner |
| Jim Shreiner joined Fulton Bank in February 1975 as a member of the bank’s Management Training program. He has held various positions since then, including manager of corporate services, manager of operations including responsibility for the Human Resource function, and Senior Lending Officer. Shreiner was promoted to executive vice president of Fulton Bank in March 1990 and named a member of the bank’s senior management team with responsibility for the Operations and Information Technology functions as well as the Consumer Lending and Leasing Divisions. In 2000, he was promoted to executive vice president of Fulton Financial Corporation. He became senior executive vice president, senior administrative officer and chief risk officer in 2006. | |

Craig H. Hill |
| Craig Hill joined Fulton Bank in 1984 as vice president of Human Resources. In 1989, he became vice president and head of the bank’s Capital Region division. In 1992, Hill was promoted to senior vice president of Human Resources, and in 1999, he was named executive vice president and director of Human Resources. He was promoted to senior executive vice president and a member of the senior management group of Fulton Financial in 2006. | |

Craig A. Roda |
Roda joined Fulton Bank in 1979. He held a variety of positions in the retail banking area before his promotion to executive vice president of Retail Banking in 1996. In 2001, Roda was named president and chief operating officer of Fulton Mortgage Company, a division of Fulton Bank. In 2006, he was promoted to the position of president and CEO of Fulton Bank. Currently, Roda serves as senior executive vice president of community banking for Fulton Financial Corporation and also as chairman and chief executive officer of Fulton Bank. |
