Paid Time Off
"PTO" is provided to eligible employees for paid, personal time away from work to ensure a work life balance. Employees are provided with a generous amount of PTO that varies by service and employment status.
Fulton Retirement Plan
We offer a 401(K) plan, including employer match after employees meet plan eligibility requirements. Employer matching may begin on the first day of the month after completing one year of service.
Life Insurance and Disability Protection
For full-time employees, Fulton provides basic life and Short-Term Disability at no cost to the employee. The flexibility is there to purchase additional life insurance for you and/or your dependents.
Upon hire, employees are immediately eligible for paid holidays. Fulton Financial Corporation determines the holiday schedule on an annual basis.
Training and Educational Assistance
A full range of training and development programs are offered to all employees. Full-time employees that have successfully completed their introductory period are eligible for 80% reimbursement for approved continued education. Fulton Financial Corporation believes in promoting from within, and encourages employees to take advantage of career advancement opportunities.
Employees eligible for a Fulton medical plan are eligible each calendar year for $150 reimbursement for approved programs or attendance at a heath club or gym.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan
As an employee, Fulton Financial Corporation stock can be purchased at a discounted price.
