  • Voice Guidance Capability
    • When earphones are inserted, our ATMs will provide voice instructions in either English or Spanish for individuals wishing to use this feature.
    • Our ATMs deliver private voice instructions and information to ensure the security of the individual’s financial information.
    • If an individual does not have their own earphones, our branch staff can provide earphones during normal business hours.
  • Physical Access
    • Our ATMs meet the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) maximum height and reach requirements.

Online Accessibility

  • Our websites are accessible with many pages able to be navigated using a screen reader.
  • On the top left or of all pages, web visitors can increase the site text font size.
  • Graphics include alt-text throughout our site.
