Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Wenger became Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Fulton Financial Corporation effective on January 1, 2013. He also served as President from 2008 to 2017, and Chief Operating Officer of Fulton Financial Corporation from 2008 to 2012. Mr. Wenger was a director of Fulton Bank, N.A. from 2003 to 2009, Chairman of Fulton Bank, N.A. from 2006 to 2009 and has been employed by Fulton in a number of positions since 1979.

In addition, Mr. Wenger currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Chamber of Commerce as well as the Chair of the Advisory Board of Stonier Graduate School of Banking, and of the Economic Development Company of Lancaster County, as well as a member of the Penn State Harrisburg Board of Advisers. Mr. Wenger is also a member of the American Bankers Association board of directors and the Operation HOPE Global board of directors, a global financial dignity and economic empowerment nonprofit. He is a past chair of the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and a former board member on the Lancaster County YMCA Foundation and Crispus Attucks Community Center.

Mr. Wenger possesses an extensive knowledge of the many aspects of banking operations through more than thirty years of experience in the financial services industry. He has gained valuable insight through his experience in different banking areas, including retail banking, commercial banking, bank operations and systems.

Mr. Myers has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of Fulton Financial Corporation since January 1, 2018. He first became an executive officer of Fulton Financial Corporation in July 2013 and has held a number of executive positions with Fulton since 1990.

He is also the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and President of Fulton Bank, N.A. He was promoted to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in May 2018 and became the President and Chief Operating Officer of Fulton Bank, N.A. in 2009. He has served as a director of Fulton Bank, N.A. since 2009, and currently serves as a representative of Fulton Bank, N.A. on the Special Joint Board Compliance Committee

Mr. Myers has participated in a number of industry organizations and has been active in the local community for many years. He has been involved with the Pennsylvania Bankers Association, is a past chair of the American Heart Association of Lancaster County, a past board member of the YMCA of Lancaster County, and a past board member of the United Way of Lancaster County. He has served as the Treasurer of the Fulton Theatre Company since 2011, a director of TEC Centro since 2017, and is the current chair of the Salvation Army (Lancaster) for which he has been a director of this local non-profit since 1995

Mr. Myers brings a myriad of banking knowledge, executive leadership, financial expertise and other valuable skills to Fulton's Board of Directors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Shippensburg University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Saint Joseph's University. He is also a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Senior Executive Vice President/ Head - Commercial Banking

Meg Mueller joined Great Valley Savings Bank, now Fulton Bank, N.A., in 1996 as vice president and senior commercial lending officer. She has held the positions of senior vice president/correspondent banker and senior vice president/manager of correspondent banking. In 2009, she joined the Credit Administration department as senior vice president of credit administration and correspondent banking services. In 2010, Mueller was promoted to executive vice president and chief credit officer. In 2013, she was promoted to senior executive vice president and joined the FFC senior management team.In 2018, Mueller was tapped to lead Commercial Banking at FFC, providing dedicated leadership to the full line of business.
   
Angela M. Sargent

Senior Executive Vice President/Chief Information Officer and Information Technology Manager

Angie Sargent joined Fulton Bank in 1992 as product specialist/personal computing. She has held various positions including, senior product specialist and business technology manager. In 1997, she was promoted to vice president of business technology and telecommunication manager. Sargent has also held the positions of vice president/business technology manager and senior vice president/chief information officer of operations and information technology manager. In 2006, she was promoted to executive vice president/chief information officer of operations and information technology manager. In 2013, she was promoted to senior executive vice president and joined the FFC senior management team.
   
Betsy Chivinski

Betsy Chivinski
Senior Executive Vice President/Chief Risk Officer

Betsy Chivinski joined Fulton Financial Corporation in 1994 as vice president and controller. In 2004, she was promoted to executive vice president and controller. In 2013, Chivinski was named chief audit executive. In 2014, she was promoted to senior executive vice president and chief audit executive. In 2016, she became senior executive vice president and chief risk officer and joined the FFC senior management team.
   
Dave Campbell

Senior Executive Vice President / Strategic Initiatives and Operations FFC

Dave Campbell joined Fulton in 2009 as chief administrative officer of Fulton Financial Advisors. In 2010, he was promoted to president of FFA. In 2015, Campbell was tapped for a new role, leading the Strategic Initiatives and Operations group for Fulton Financial Corporation. In 2018, Dave was promoted to FFC’s senior management team. Dave has more than 30 years of experience in financial services.

Mark McCollom joined Fulton Financial Corporation in 2017 as senior executive vice president and chief financial officer designee. As an experienced CFO and strategic financial advisor, McCollom brings more than 30 years of financial services experience to Fulton.
   
Angela Snyder

Angela Snyder
CEO of Fulton Bank of New Jersey / Senior Executive Vice President / Head – Consumer Banking

In 2002, Angela Snyder began her career with Fulton as President of Woodstown National Bank, now Fulton Bank of New Jersey. Snyder serves as Chairwoman, CEO and President of Fulton Bank of New Jersey. In 2015, Snyder added the role of director of change management, establishing the company’s Office of Change Management. She served as the Chairwoman of the New Jersey Bankers Association in 2017. Snyder was promoted to her current position of head – consumer banking and joined the senior management team in 2018. She has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry.
   
Dan Stolzer

Senior Executive Vice President / Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary

Dan Stolzer began his career with a large New York law firm and then served as deputy general counsel and chief counsel at several large regional bank holding companies. He joined Fulton Financial Corporation in 2013 as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. In 2018, he was promoted to his current position of Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Fulton Financial Corporation. Stolzer has more than 30 years of experience working in financial services law.
   
Bernadette Taylor

Bernadette Taylor
Senior Executive Vice President / Chief Human Resources Officer

Bernadette Taylor started her career at Fulton Financial Corporation in 1994 as corporate training director. In 2001, she was promoted to senior vice president of employee services. She also served as executive vice president of employee services, employment, and director of human resources before her promotion in 2015 to Chief Human Resources Officer. Taylor was promoted to the senior management team in 2018.
